In this episode of The Progressing Lives Everywhere Podcast, we’re joined by Rhonda D'Ambrosio, Founder of Mental Health in Recruitment, to discuss the timely topic of Mental Health.
The day of release of this episode is Time to Talk Day, an initiative designed to start conversations about mental health and help end the stigma.
After losing her mum to motor neurone disease in 2013, Rhonda was inspired to understand more about resilience, quality of thinking, and how our mental health impacts everything we do. Now Transformation Director of Mindset and Mental health at Ebenable, Rhonda works with business leaders and organisations to provide easily accessible employee solutions for better mental health and wellbeing, alongside professional development, strategy and leadership coaching.
In this episode, Rhonda documents her personal mental health journey, as well as actional advice and insights for managers, business leaders and those in recruitment.
Hosted by Natasha Crump, Strategic Programmes Board Advisor, Global Diversity and Inclusion Lead, and Co-Founder of AB ASCEND at Amoria Bond, we hope this instalment will open up conversations about mental health - both in the workplace and at home.
