We're delighted to welcome Emmanuel Ayoola, diversity advocate and fundraising director to the latest episode of The Progressing Lives Everywhere Podcast!
Emmanuel is the Director of Fundraising at the Aleto Foundation, an organisation dedicated to enabling high potential young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to fulfil that potential as the leaders and board execs of tomorrow.
Emmanuel has a CV that is rather formidable; as well as his current role at Aleto, he is the Founder and Chair of Trustees of Grace's Days Africa, a charity working to create sustainable change within local communities in Africa; an RSA fellow; and a Trustee for Volunteering Matters. However, this impressive roster also shows Emmanuel's dedication to progressing the lives of others, which is both pragmatic and passionate.
Having been through one of Aleto's programmes himself, Emmanuel knows the power that the leaders of today have in creating the leaders of tomorrow, as he says himself - "that was a huge turning point because that was the first time I'd really been told professionally that I can change the world around me".
Hosted by Natasha Crump, ESG Director at Amoria Bond Group, this episode is an informative and educational listen for anyone seeking to understand more about workplace diversity, the importance of mentoring and helping to change the face of tomorrow's leaders.
